I have been purchasing generic folders (always green - -the color of money) every year at a local store - - Target, Wall Mart, K Mart etc, and adhere my business card to the front. Usually costs around 10 cents each!!!! My clients always know where their tax info is.

I know I have read this before - - but I want to verify that a child born on 1/1 can be claimed on the prior year's tax return (ie born on 1/1/10 and used on 2009). Can anyone out there help me find the actual section that shows this? Thank You!

THANKS !!! I finally found what folder the stock icons are in and changed the 2008. And, I had also put the shortcuts in a folder marked Prior Years Tax Programs - - -apparently - - great minds think alike!

I know this has come up before, but I cannot figure out how to change the icon using Vista 64 for last year's tax program. In the past, I have erroneously opened up the prior year's program by mistake.

WEll, this was my 27th year - - I'm semi-retired, so I only did 140 tax returns ( big drop from my peak of 640), Now, I get to clean the house - - - finish all my UFO's (unfinished objects) I have a custom sewing business during the off-tax-season and I have a number of orders - - The ice of off Lake Erie, so it will start to warm up & I can hit the beach about 1 mile away - - read a few dozen books - - - Basically - -join the living again!
