  2. New client came in with their tax info and wanted me to file for the Slavery Reparation Credit and/or Deduction. I told them that I had to find out from other practitioners what IRS Form to use to claim this amount. What Form would you use? I think that the 1040-PRISON Form is appropriate. 12. I think the answer to my question is that my client is SOL. Client C Corp has a payment due on it's 2007 1120, but the owner doesn't have any 8109's. Called the IRS and they said that they would send a couple of 8109-B's until client gets coupon book. I don't have time to set down with owner to get the Corp set up on EFTPS. If 8109-B's don't show up on time, is there any other way to pay the Corp tax? Booger
  13. Sure, why not? P.S. And when your client gets audited, you can tell the auditor that Booger from a tax practitioners website said that it was OK to deduct the interest on Schedule E. (Nice Cite). Booger

  20. Never did a hairdresser's return before. Box 1 (Wages) shows 30,000, Box 3 shows 23,000, and Box 5 shows 30,000. Box 7 shows 7,000, and nothing in Box 8. Reading instructions for Form 4137, it appears that this Form DOES NOT APPLY, unless there are tips reported in Box 8. My question is does Form 4137 need to be filed for tips reported in Box 7? Booger
