Digital media can be backed up to any source. Whether they support it or not is irrelevant. They probably just don't want to deal with a customer that has a problem finding their CD with the database back up. It's like everything out there now days.....(Customer Service) If it's too time consuming...Lets just say "We don't support it"

Christian, What I do is........Create new folder on the desktop. ..........................Copy the atx database client files to it. ..........................Then paste that file to a cd. Original files stay intact on computer, and I also have an exact copy on a cd. Hope this helps Ya. Elrod
