My MN status is "Validated by EFC" and I can't do anything either.....

I went to My ATX (non)support...e-file status...return query...typed in one of the ss numbers...highlighted state info ...sent to state and I got a note that said an e-mail would be sent to me in 15-30 minutes with the information....of course that was over an hour ago and nothing....

They did...This you you have to have the 1099-G in the return (even though the clients don't get a 1099-G. I had to put a St Paul zip code in the 1099-G also to make it work. (I used 55175 which is on Unemployment form.) Pain in the ...but doubt they could make it easier, and I am too busy anyway.

ATX forms schedule then request a form... It's hardly worth the effort as I got an automated reply that the form is PENDING!

Good Afternoon Joann, We here in support do not have any more information than you have. What I recommend is going to the Download page of MyATX and clicking the Find a Form link and then clicking the Request a Form link. When you do so, you will get an automatic e-mail stating the status of the form and further e-mails when that status changes. I RECEIVED THIS SUNDAY AFTERNOON... The day wasn't totally wasted...Giants won the Super Bowl.

I think they (CCH) wrote us off and hung us out to dry long before we figured it out. MN still cannot e-file...Is there a forum where William does perticipate? What was the original forum where it was stated that William would be gone? Thanks.

Employer can re-issue a w-2 if he has not sent the W-3 (not due until end of Feb). If he has sent the W-3 he must send employee a corrected W-2c....Can't file anything until it is straightened out.
