Answering my own question, I scrolled through all the previous posts and found others with same problem. I will need to get through to ATX technical support apparently.

Tried transmitting my first return and got an error message that my ATX customer number is not authorized to transmit. I have paid for 1040 Office which allows me to transmit. How do I fix? No one is home at ATX to take phone call today... Thanks. WendyS (There is probably an answer on this board already, but I don't seem to be using the search function correctly. Any advice on that would be helpful as well.)
