I've done both of these multiple times, luckily i'm good with computers I've even restarted the applications etc through control panel. Looks like I'm just going to have to wait haha.

I have never had a problem with this tax software every, I used my ATX 2016 software perfectly fine yesterday, I go to get some work done today and it has not booted up it is stuck in loading what appear to be the admin console, and I have tried everything, I am currently on hold with Tech Support right now, but figured I could start this topic to not only pass the time but maybe even find a fix.
