I just started working for a company that does RE development and hotels. They have a partnership that has a promote fee after certain thresholds are meet. I have never dealt with promote interest/fee and I can't seem to pick the right keywords to research it. I end up with a lot of "off topic" promote items. Can someone point me in the right direction so I can understand how this works or a better research keyword.
