I filed the Corp and its sent to Agency. I created the NY Corp returns but can't efile until Federal is accepted. Will I incur a penalty from NY if I can't efile NY by 12am?

Yes, I do find it interesting that the required version is the same as the installed version. I can't open any returns right now. Very frustrating

I am trying to open returns and I keep getting this error message: Missing form/incorrect version 1099 worksheet Version required 54/ update version 54. I click to update update now but nothing happens. I can't open any return. Has anyone encountered this?
