Unfortunately most of us don't like to say no to these clients that wait until the last minute. My new approach is to give an estimate of what it will cost and get a check upfront. If they don't like it then they could go somewhere else. taxbilly

I also have two to pick up and one to finish. Some day I would like to take Oct 15th off and have no pickups but I guess that will never happen. taxbilly

Put your mouse on the column that says return name. It will show as a pointer. Click once and see if that puts the name column in order. taxbilly
