Did you recently install windows updates? There have been many reports of the ATX server not working after windows updates. And if you're referring to the internet server, that could be a problem with your internet.

Does Print Page work?

You can find software to shrink the size of PDFs. Some of it is free. Are you printing to PDF or scanning to PDF, because I just printed pages 1 and 2 of a 1040 to PDF and it was only 262 KB. State probably doesn't the the 1040 Schedule forms.

I threw out my magnifying glass when I started working from PDFs of records. You can zoom in as far as you need to on screen.

Not true. You can deduct cost of goods sold, but in this case, there are no goods.

Search for atx.exe, find the one in the ATX2024 folder, right click, send to desktop (create shortcut). My complaint with the icon is that when you install ATX updates, the install deletes and re-adds the icon so it's not where I had it, and I have to move it. WTF ATX?

Someone on facebook said it was for 90 days, but they didn't provide a source.

At the bottom of the pop up where you enter the authentication code, and yes it does nullify the reason to have it. My guess is that the support calls about it were overwhelming the support team, so they said, screw it, and caved.

I've never entered either of those forms. I just enter sales from my accounting software directly on Sch C. Less work.

Could be the time on your computer and phone are off by more than 30 seconds. You can tell windows to display seconds, then compare that to your phone. Or you could switch to a desktop authenticator, which is the path I chose.

What?! That's a feature I actually use.

Also a longtime user of Firefox. Never had the issue you describe. I keep my New Tab clean. I use Ecosia for searches now because it's private and they use profits to plant trees. They have a Firefox extension now. https://www.ecosia.org/
