I was told by support that I need to enter all of my install codes during the installation. In the past I've always just entered one of the unlimited license code, but now I have a separate code for the included licenses and another code for the additional licenses I needed, plus the code for MAX and another for enhanced assets.

Memo to self: forum displays multiple images in the exact opposite order that you add them, so add the one you want first, last.

I use both the lite research and the master tax guide built right into ATX. The lite research interface is a little clunky but it is quite useful for line instructions on forms. I also installed the browser add-on for Intelliconnect so when I google search, it gives me an button to do an Intelliconnect search too. You'll never know if you like it until you try it.

Jack is right. Win10 is almost beta at this point. You don't earn money with your OS. You just need it to work.

QuickBooks has a trial balance, but I've never used it. It seems an outdated concept to my way of thinking. But I've seen people hand write JEs on 7 column paper before entering them in QuickBooks. Whatever works for ya!

You might want to revise that link, Eric. It has your personal info in it. I read a similar paper (from someone trying to sell me a file sharing service) and it basically came down to "people use really stupid passwords."

I just learned that Firefox has a Zoom Text Only option. Of course, many times I do want to zoom in on a graphic.

I have no use for it. I hate using paper reference when I can search the same thing electronically. Besides I have at least 3 companies offering me the master tax guide every year (ADP, Edward Jones & CCH). Edward Jones gives me electronic access as does CCH. #saveatree

MD can block you from renewing your drivers license or car registration if you owe back taxes of any kind. They aren't Nazis about it and they will grant waivers, but it does get taxpayers attention!

I got back in. No problems using IE.

I gave the book away, since we the guide electronically. I also downloaded the program and the update, so I don't need the CD. The CD is why we have to pay sales tax.

No it doesn't. It would be the same number of clicks to view them in a different forum. I never use most of the pinned posts anyway, so their just taking up screen space.

Between the huge graphics and white space and the pinned posts, I have to scroll down just to see new posts. I know, I know, #firstworldproblems, but still.

Just had to change my password and got an error message. Now I'm locked out for 60 minutes.
