I don't know what the listing of file names is called so let's call it the "lexicon". I have to make adjustments frequently because there is a limit to the number of names and it starts forgetting. To see the listing I have to choose a valid client directory and click "scan" even though I will not be using the scanner. It would be very easy for someone to hit the "scan" button while in the scan controls. In similar programs there is a separate access to the lexicon just for editing. B

ATX Help anticipates this problem but in regular ATX there is no "Scan with Feeder" message after scanning. I don't know why basic features are restricted to certain software when any machine should be able to combine PDF's. How do you prefer to do it? Thanks.
