  1. Did some more research and found that fix was to manually run Windows update Go to optional updates and updated net Framework. Did version 1.1 and a few others. Fixed E-file issue. Next will be running optional version 4.0 updates as some have said speeds up load times etc. Yea!!!
  2. Used that as general reference. Doing net framework 4.0 update now. Will see what happens.
  3. No luck with fix yet. If someone knows potential fix please post. Have not be able to get through to ATX to troubleshoot.
  4. Error msg is related to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896010. Based in reading there may be a fix via microsoft but so far they want to charge me $100 just to remote and look at computer etc.
  5. Yes have followed instructions and virus software is not blocking. Software is updating etc
  6. Keep getting this error. Not able to run software. Possible that antivirus software is creating issue?
