In both the Return Manager and E-File Manager I have to completely shut down and reboot the software to see any rolled over returns or any create e-file returns (or change in status for that matter). Any fix for this available? It takes an extra 2 hours per day (I timed it) for me to see what was easy to accomplish before this new version was dumped on us.
  2. Does anyone have information on how to add a return cover sheet to existing or rolled over return? You can adjust the preferences to have this document automatically added to NEW returns but cannot simply add a return cover sheet to rolled over or previously created returns with client letters. I am resorting to manually creating 2012 cover sheets from the ATX 2011 version in order to deliver copies to my clients. Ridiculous. This has to be one of the worst software roll-outs I have ever witnessed. I'm still forced to shut down my software and then start it back up in order to see newly rolled over returns. And these are only 2 issues of the probably 15-20 I have decided to simply overlook as it's too late to switch packages this year. Don't even ask about the need for an advanced technology degree to edit a client letter template. Just asinine.
