Thank you so much for your reply but the TP wasn't covered all year and there is a penalty due. So if I select the covered all year option, then this is incorrect. However, everytime I input the information on the 1095-C as it is on the 1095-C from the TP, then Save it. When I open the input screen again, all of the information is blank.
