Terry, thanks so much for the response. Is there anyone specifically I need to contact at OLT to get support for the OneDesk software?

I am so disappointed with Dan. In years past he has provided excellent support, quick responses to my questions, and a genuine desire to help. Any idea what is going on at OneDesk? Or with Dan? Did you get the name of his Supervisor or a phone number other than Dan's?
