ATX- Changing Engagement LEtter

I am a sole practioner and trying to change the master engagement letter for instance from our firm to my firm. I get to where it shows our/my but how do I choose my/

Tried to call ATX but it said this was a holiday.

Go customizing master forms, search client letter, open the form, then click on options. It will open a menu. At the bottom, #5, you have the option to change "the preferred pronoun."
